Santua is provided as is. Reviews represent the personal experience of the named graduate, verified by their school at the time of publication. Santua does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the outcomes of any program listed.
Schools using Santua to collect graduate reviews agree to (a) verify each graduate's completion honestly, (b) approve reviews on their merit, including mandatory honest critique, and (c) not generate fake reviews. Misuse will result in removal from the public Santua index.
Your data stays yours. Any contact list or student data a school uploads remains the school's property. Santua processes it only to deliver that school's review requests, as the school's data processor, and never sells, rents, or shares it with third parties or other schools. A school can export or request deletion of its data at any time.

Santua welcomes every tradition, style and lineage. We do not judge or rank schools of practice. We ask two simple things of every school and teacher:
- Be honest with students. Any credential, certification or affiliation you advertise must be real and verifiable. Don't misrepresent your training, your hours, or who you're affiliated with.
- Keep basic safeguarding in place. Give students a clear way to raise a concern, and treat their wellbeing as part of the work.
Santua may decline or remove a listing where an individual currently involved with the school has a documented criminal conviction, court judgment, or finding by a competent authority for abuse, violence, or exploitation of students.
We act only on the public record. We do not publish our own accusations or characterizations. Any school affected by a decision can respond, and we will review it. This exists to protect students and the trust the whole Santua community depends on.
