Every review on Santua is tied to a confirmed relationship: a person who completed your program, or a person whose class attendance the school confirmed. Honest critique is mandatory. The school approves before publish. The graduate keeps the right to request deletion.
The person finished a certification program (200h / 300h / 500h teacher training, multi-week intensive, mentorship program, retreat with credentialed completion). The school confirms completion, the graduate fills the form, the school approves, Santua publishes.
The person attended classes, workshops, retreats, or other shorter formats at a wellness business. Lighter form than Graduate, single teacher tag (the teacher of that class), 500-character reflection, optional photo and voice note.
When a school configures a program in their Santua portal, they assign one lead teacher and any number of supporting teachers (module leads, anatomy specialists, philosophy guests). Students never choose who is primary; the program config is authoritative. The review form auto-shows the lead's name as required, the supporting teachers as optional cards each can engage with or skip.
The teacher who carried the program. Required evaluation: three dimensions (Teaching quality, Personal attention, Depth of knowledge) on a 1-10 scale, plus a 100-character minimum reflection. The reflection becomes their teaching CV on Santua.
Module leads, anatomy or philosophy specialists, weekend guests. Each renders as its own card. The student either rates them on the same three dimensions or actively skips. Skipping is honest signal too: a teacher with a high skip rate is information about the program.
Every teacher profile shows two aggregates separately:
Full weight, full review body, no role badge. The number you see when a teacher carried a program of their own.
Half weight in the combined aggregate, full review body still shown, role badge on the public profile. The number you see for teachers contributing into other people's programs.
On the public teacher profile we also display a combined weighted rating (lead 1.0, supporting 0.5) for JSON-LD AggregateRating so Google and LLMs read it correctly. A guest teacher supporting in twelve reputable programs is meaningfully discoverable, with honest context. A lead teacher with fifty primary reviews is unambiguously the leader.
The school approves every review before publish, can request changes from the graduate, can reject a review (with reason) before publish. After publish, the school cannot edit the text. The school can flag a review for removal if it contains personal attacks, doxxing, defamation, or unrelated content.
Edit a published review. Delete an unflattering review for being unflattering. Refuse to issue an invitation to a real graduate. Manufacture reviews. Hide the 'what could be better' field. Any of these void the school's Verified-by-Santua status.
Request deletion of their own review at any time by writing to the Santua team. Flag a misrepresentation. Update their consent_publish setting (change between initials, first name, full name, internal-only) on a per-review basis.
We verify completion or attendance through the school. No fake reviews.
Reviews follow the teacher, not the domain. The reputation moves with the human.
5% only when a student pays. Santua wins when schools win.
