The The warm, the deep conection with yourself. The strenght in all the ways. Love the energy after a class and know better what I was doing made me feel I know nothing but I know today more than yesterday. How to take care of me, my body, my mind. Santiago is amazing, really generous, I admire him deeply because how good he is, because he is a professional teacher and lots of other things. And because all the team, Leo, and all the great teachers that will teach you in all the subjects, they are the best in what they are talking about. Don’t miss a word.

There are lots of reasons to take the program, be an ashtanga ioga teacher is one of them. But also, as it was for me, having a deep knowledge of the practice, be more precise, honour my body, know how to improve my practice, my mind. Become a better person I think. You will see lots of new imputs that will make you think about.

I don’t know. I think it was all well constructed, people were great. I would love have had more time to be more involved, but I knew a lot.
