Non conoscevo il metodo dell'Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, in cui il ritmo viene candenzato dal conteggio in sanscrito. Sicuramente un metodo meraviglioso per tenere concentrata la mente al punto tale che si crea un fantastico connubio con il RESPIRO E LE ASANE.

Mi sono sentita guidata in tutto e per tutto. Santiago è ormai il mio maestro da anni e per me è una figura importantissima. Ogni volta che ho bisogno lui c'è e mi ha insegnato questa disciplina con amore e pazienza.
